Tilman Holzhauer

Tilman Holzhauer studied cinematography at the renowned Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
His biggest motivation are stories that take us deep into other, alien worlds and let us participate in their beauty and/or dreadfulness. He loves people and their stories with genuine interest and an open mind.
He is now working as a freelance cinematographer, digital colorist and photographer in Cologne. His passion is documentary work but he also does commercials/ corporate/fashion and feature. His works include various coproductions with german public television, were in parts shown or awarded at international festivals and broadcasted on german television.
He co-founded the coworking space 'Der Salon' and the post production facility 'Der Salon postproduction' in Berlin.
